Customer Service Assistant
He /she assures the customer service activities in order to facilitate the enrolment process, provides quality and efficient customer service in order to prospect new leads and opportunities.
Key purpose of the role
1. Customer Service - Assures the customer service so all contacts are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner, following the processes, procedures and methods that guarantee efficiency and quality service to both internal and external customers. Support the line manager to provide effective training/coaching to new Customer Service staff.
2.Call Center – Assures call center activities in order to facilitate the enrolment process while maintaining high quality services and complying with departmental standards.
3.Reporting & Feedback – Provide regular feedback based on personal knowledge and evidence about customer omnichannel experience, tools and process improvements.
4. Innovation exploring – Be on the first line when it comes to handling several interactions through new channels and touch points defined by the company's new business strategy
Si offre contratto in somministrazione di 4 mesi (2 marzo / 31 luglio2026) piu' eventuali proroghe
Orario: full time
ral 21.000 più ticket da 8euro
Sede: Milano sud (metro verde)
